Membership Policy

Please note that all membership pause and cancellation requests must be submitted through email and confirmed by email reply.

Membership:
Your membership is billed fortnightly, and your weekly allocated lessons can be used up within that fortnight period. Any unused lessons cannot be carried forward and will expire at the end of the fortnight period. We encourage you to make full use of your allocated lessons to maximize the benefits of your membership.

Pause Membership Policy:
If you need to pause your membership, we require at least one week’s notice before the requested pause date. Please note that the maximum pause period is four weeks. If you wish to extend the pause period, you must submit another pause request, and the 1-week notice requirement will apply again.

Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel your membership, we require at least one week’s notice before the requested cancellation date. We will not process any cancellation requests unless you have given the appropriate notice and confirmed it via reply email. Please note that any outstanding payments must be settled before we can process your cancellation.
