The team at Apex MMA would like to wish you a safe and happy easter long weekend!

Over the long weekend, we will run open mats during the public holidays instead of our regular timetable.

The schedule will be as follows:

• Friday the 7th: 10 AM Open Mat Only
• Saturday the 8th: 10 AM Open Mat Only
• Sunday 9th: Closed
• Monday 10th: 10 AM Open Mat Only
• Tuesday 11th: Full Timetable Resumes

Open mats are available for Adult Jiu-Jitsu members to roll and drill, and Adult Muay Thai members who can bring a partner to work on some pad drills or work on the heavy bags during that time.
