Apex MMA is proud to host a special Muay Thai seminar with three time World Champion and ONE Championship superstar Nico Carrillo.

Known as the “King of the North”, Nico has built a record of 29 wins with a style based on relentless pressure, sharp timing and fight ending power. This is a rare chance to learn directly from a world class athlete competing at the highest level of Muay Thai.

• Duration: 2 hours of focused Muay Thai instruction

• Free street parking in the surrounding Brookvale area

• Warringah Mall car park, just a 5 minute walk from the gym

Plan to arrive early so you can find parking, get changed and be ready to start on time.

What to Bring

• Muay Thai shorts and training gear

• Hand wraps and gloves

• Shin guards and mouthguard if you want to participate fully in drills

• Towel and water bottle

• Notebook and pen if you like to record details

We recommend Apex members wear Apex gear where possible to represent the team.
